Hello. My name is Jessica Black-Ebron. I was ordained, registered, and licensed as a Wedding Officiant/Minister in 2017 by the Universal Life Church in Seattle, WA and the Caddo Parish Clerk of Court in Shreveport, LA. I have been lovingly providing my professional services in Northeast Texas and Northwest Louisiana ever since. My ceremonies are non-denominational, and I do everything I can to cater to all of your reasonable wedding day requests. Please allow me the opportunity to help make your wedding day an occasion you will never forget.

*All prices include a non-refundable $50 deposit and is applied to the cost of all ceremonies.

*Please add an additional $75 if the location is more than 30 miles but less than 60 miles from Marshall, TX.

*Please add an additional $150 to your package for all ceremonies 60-100 miles from Marshall, TX. 

*A $50 fee applies to ceremonies that start 15 minutes later than the scheduled time. 

All fees must be paid by cash or Cash App before your document can be signed. No personal checks.
